'Shufersal' Voucher Regulations

1. Pluxee Israel, Company Registration No. 512768706 Ltd. (the "Company"), allows users to purchase on the website/app (collectively: the "Company's System") digital vouchers, in specified amounts, issued by it ("Voucher" or "Cibus Voucher"). Each Voucher entitles its holder to purchase products at the branches of supermarkets and stores operated by Shufersal Ltd., including the Shufersal Deal, Shufersal Deal Extra, Shufersal Sheli, Universe, and Shufersal Express chains (the "Business"), in the amount stated on the Voucher (the "Voucher's Value"), all in accordance with and subject to the details below.

2. The provisions of these Regulations apply to the purchase, possession and redemption of Cibus Vouchers, in addition to the Company's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy found in the Company's System (hereinafter, collectively, the "Terms of Use"), the provisions of which are your responsibility to carefully review. In the event of a contradiction between the provisions of these Regulations and the provisions of the Terms of Use – the provisions of these Regulations shall prevail. Possession of the Cibus Voucher constitutes consent to the provisions of these Regulations and the Terms of Use, and an undertaking to act in accordance with their provisions. Terms that are not given an interpretation within these Regulations shall be interpreted in accordance with their definition in the Terms of Use.

3. The period for redeeming a Cibus Voucher is as stated in the Voucher, and subject to the law and the provisions of these Regulations.

4. Only one Cibus Voucher can be purchased per order.

5. A Voucher can be redeemed only once for a transaction exceeding the Voucher's Value, and upon redemption of the Voucher, it cannot be reused or used for additional purposes. The Voucher cannot be converted into cash and no change and/or refund will be given for failure to use the full Voucher's Value. It is possible to make a "split purchase" using the Voucher, i.e., to pay part of the transaction using the Voucher (up to the full Voucher's Value) and the balance by another payment method.

6. More than one voucher can be redeemed per transaction.

7. Using the Voucher will entitle you to double promotions and discounts granted by the Business to all its customers, excluding promotions and discounts intended exclusively for club members of the Business.

8. Upon completion of a transaction for the purchase of a Cibus Voucher, an order confirmation and a unique digital code will be sent to you via email and SMS (the "Code").In order for the confirmation and Code to reach you, it is your responsibility to ensure that your email address and mobile phone number defined in your user account with the Company are correct and up-to-date. The Company will not be liable in the event of a malfunction in sending the Code or not receiving the Code due to incorrect details.

9. The Voucher can be redeemed at the Business's branches, by presenting it to the cashier. The Voucher is intended for the purchase of food and beverage products only, without alcohol and without cigarettes and cannot be redeemed online. It is clarified that the Voucher cannot be redeemed at the "Yesh Hesed" branches. In addition, it is impossible to buy purchase vouchers, vouchers or gift cards at the Business using a Cibus Voucher.

10. It is strictly forbidden to use the Voucher for business or commercial use, including resale/wholesale. In any case of concern of violation of this section, the Company may cancel the Voucher, with a written notice to be sent in accordance with the details in the Terms of Use. The Voucher can be transferred, provided that it is not such a sale. You are aware that the Voucher is of monetary value ("Money Equivalent") and that from the moment the Code is sent by the Company, as stated above, you are responsible for keeping it in a safe and confidential place in order to prevent its misuse or unauthorized use. It will be impossible to recover a Code that has been lost or deleted for any reason. Full responsibility in the event of any claim of loss/vandalism or use of the Code by an unauthorized third party will apply to the holder of the Voucher only, and no compensation will be given by the Company.

11. Cancellation of the purchase of a Cibus Voucher is made possible only if it has not been redeemed and only if the cancellation is made by writing to the Company within 21 days of its purchase, via 'Contact Us' in the Company's System or by email or by phone to the Company's customer service. To the extent that the Voucher (or part thereof) was purchased through the employer budget – the amount of the refund for the employer budget will be returned to the user account in the Company's System.

12. A Voucher that is suspected of being counterfeit will not be honored. In addition, the Company reserves the right not to honor the Voucher or to cancel it if there is a suspicion of fraud, deceit, money laundering or any other criminal offense in connection therewith and will send you a notice in accordance with the provisions of the Terms of Use.

13. Redeeming a Cibus Voucher and executing transactions through it will be subject to the provisions of any law, the Terms of Use, as well as the policies and procedures of the Business. It is your responsibility to check that you accept the terms before purchasing the Voucher.

14. You are aware that the Company issues the Cibus Vouchers and undertakes to cause the Vouchers to be honored by the Business; however, any transaction for the purchase of products/services through a Voucher is executed directly between you and the Business, and the products/services purchased through it at the Business are the sole and full responsibility of the Business, as detailed in the Terms of Use, including in any matter relating to the nature of the transaction or its cancellation or inquiry in connection therewith. You are encouraged to contact the Company's customer service in any case of inability to honor the Voucher or to request the cancellation of the Voucher as detailed above. In the event that you are unable to redeem the Voucher due to the Business's failure to honor it (not due to a technical/temporary malfunction), the Company's customer service will assist you in finding an alternative solution that will preserve the monetary value of the Voucher to your satisfaction. This includes converting it to another voucher offered by the Company or refunding the Voucher's Value purchased from the employer budget to your account in the Company's System. For the avoidance of doubt, you are aware and accept that there can be technical or other malfunctions due to which the Voucher cannot be redeemed at any time until they are repaired.

15. The Company will be entitled to suspend your right to use the Voucher if required by law or for other reasons, such as a reasonable concern about security breaches related to the Vouchers, commission of an offense, misuse/fraud, or actions contrary to the Terms of Use.

16. Ordering the Voucher is your choice at your full discretion - the issuance and sale of the Vouchers by the Company does not constitute an opinion or viewpoint about the Business, including its quality, nature or any matter relating thereto, or a recommendation, advice or solicitation to purchase products or services from it.

17. The Company may at any time stop distributing Cibus Vouchers or change the provisions of these Regulations, at its discretion and subject to the law.

18. The issuance of Vouchers is exempt from a license under the Regulation of Payment Services and Payment Initiation Law, 5783-2023, and the Company is not supervised by the Israel Securities Authority.

19. For any matter or question relating to the Vouchers, you are encouraged to contact our customer service on WhatsApp or customer service by phone at 1700-70-11-30 during business hours, as specified in the Company's System.
